While we were at my hubby's grandparent's house for Easter, they gave us a Three Crock Pot slow cooker-thingy. It's huge. And awesome. However, I haven't put it anywhere yet because it's big! (And we live in apartment).
I might as well take advantage of it since it's out. I looked for some slow cooker recipes and here are some tasty looking ones that I found! I'll cook 'em up and let you know how they taste.

How do I choose?? I'm tempted to start with that delicious looking cheesecake :)
I'm definitely hungry after this post! Love that crock pot.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing my mom ever made in the crock pot was Tex-Mex. Which reminds me, I should add that to my meals list! And cheesecake in a crockpot?! That is pretty kickass. You could make an apetizer in one, meal in other, and desert in the last one! Good luck finding a place for it, it does indeed look huge!! At least they give also 3 spoons for the 3 crockpots lol.
ReplyDeleteI really don't do enough "crocking". It's so easy, I don't know why I don't use it more. But, when I do, it's usually to make potato soup or chicken tortilla soup. Or, Kyle's new favorite that I found on pinterest, crock pot santa fe chicken: http://www.chef-in-training.com/2011/10/crock-pot-santa-fe-chicken.html
ReplyDeleteAnd uhh... cheesecake, in a crock pot. Yes please.
We could do with one of those for our church kitchen.
