Oh, hello!
My name is Kathryn and I'm the heart & soul behind Destination: Craft. My mom taught me how to sew when I was really little and I HATED it (I'm not a patient person). I didn't start doing crafts until after my first little baby was born. I found it was a good way to pass the time while developing a talent.
Things I love (in no particular order):
- My family. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children.
- Crafting. Duh.
- My faith. I am a Latter-day Saint and it means the world to me.
- BYU. I miss it. A lot.
- Exercising. I love to run but I don't get to so much anymore. But I do use a stationary bike so I can watch the kids while I do it.
- Chocolate: Tootsie Rolls, 100 Grand, Ghiradelli squares, Snickers, Kit Kat, Twix...you get the idea.
- Reading. I was an English major, after all. If I could find a job where I could just sit and read, I would be all over that.
- Friends. I have ahhhh-mazing friends. Seriously.
Okay, I think that's enough. I love lots of other things, but then I'd have a freakishly long list.
I love seeing what other people make, since that is how I get a lot of my ideas!
